Respecting Your Legal Rights

If you believe that you have been defamed, your written notification must include the following:

1. Your contact information including your name, postal address, telephone number, email address, and occupation if applicable.
2. Identification of the content and the location of the content on this website (where possible, copy and paste into your written notification all content that you believe is defamatory) and state why you believe it is defamatory.
3. A statement as to why the defamatory content is untrue and the extent that it is damaging to you.
4. A good-faith statement, submitted under penalty of perjury, that the information provided by you in the notification is accurate and true.

To be effective, the notification must include the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the trademark that is allegedly infringed.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
